today that Guy J. Kelnhofer III has joined the NextNet management team
as its new president and chief executive officer. The appointment of Kelnhofer
follows a highly successful twelve-month period for NextNet, in which
the company captured the first-to-market broadband wireless advantage,
with its commercial-ready Expedience™ NLOS platform.

Prior to joining Dataradio, Kelnhofer served as general manager, director
of international sales, and director of international sourcing at E.F.
Johnson Company, a worldwide manufacturer and distributor of wireless
voice and data solutions. Earlier, Kelnhofer served as chief executive
officer of Medial and Electronic Technology Exporters, Inc., facilitating
high tech equipment and technology transfers between the US and Asia,
China, Hong Kong and Japan.
